New Report Alert: Published under Farmer’s Pride project: Crop Wild Relative Population Management Guidelines by Iriondo et al., 2021
The team of the Farmer’s project has devised a series of guidelines on how to manage crop wild relatives’ populations in situ, including on farm. The report targets protected area managers, farmers and other conservation practioners who are in charge of managing the populations of crop wild relatives and the genetic reserves that they are growing in, the report provides tools and detailed guidelines on how to manage such reserves and monitor their performance judiciously and cost-effectively.
